Ready Contractors, a reputable construction company serving eastern North Carolina since 1969, is seeking a diligent and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and reliable service, and we are looking for a professional who shares these values. This is a Full-Time , remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $45 - $60 USD per hour . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. While this is a remote role, candidates based in the United States are required to facilitate collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organise calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare, format, and edit reports, invoices, letters, and other documents.
• Organise and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible.
• Conduct online research to support various projects and business needs.
• Provide general administrative support to senior management and the wider team as required.
• Assist with client communication and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Experience within the construction industry or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
