Join our team as a  Traveling Recruiting Assistant , where you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring talent across multiple hospital locations for Aramark Healthcare+ at Baylor Scott & White Health System in Central Texas.

In this role, you will support high-volume hourly and entry-level leadership recruitment by coordinating recruiting activities, assisting with the hiring process, and providing administrative support to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and local leaders to help build a strong workforce that supports exceptional patient care and hospitality services.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly healthcare positions.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact from application through onboarding.
• Conduct post-offer follow-up and candidate experience surveys.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market trends.
• Collaborate with HR, local leadership, and corporate partners to resolve hiring issues and support a seamless hiring process.

Community Outreach & Employer Branding

• Build relationships with schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations to expand talent pipelines.
• Represent the organization at recruitment and community events.
• Utilize social media, recruiting technology, and innovative sourcing methods to increase candidate engagement.

Recruitment Events & Workforce Planning

• Plan and execute hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Support temporary staffing and agency partnerships as needed.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring trends to support workforce planning.

Process Management & Compliance

• Manage candidate workflow through the applicant tracking system and hiring portal.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Stay current on recruiting best practices and labor market trends.

Team & Organizational Support

• Participate in HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital platforms to attract and engage candidates.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, policies, and priorities.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to details.
