The Implementation Administrator is responsibility for managing the implantation and administration of E-Billing systems.
Responsibilities:
Understanding and analyzing current billing systems and processes within the company in order to determine the appropriate eBilling solution to fit the company’s needs.
Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and status reports throughout the implementation process.
Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the implementation process or after the system goes live.
Regularly communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders and company leadership.
