Café Tolia is looking for a skilled, fast, and energetic Sandwich Maker with Griddle Experience to join our team! If you have a passion for food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know your way around a flat-top grill, we want to hear from you.

As a Sandwich Maker at Café Tolia, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, operating the griddle safely and efficiently, and ensuring our customers get the perfect bite every time.

• Prepare and cook ingredients on the griddle (meat, eggs, vegetables, etc.) to exact specifications.

• Assemble a variety of cold and hot sandwiches quickly and accurately according to Café Tolia’s recipes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Assist with prep work, including slicing meats, cheese, and prepping fresh produceRequirements & Qualifications

  • Must have proven experience working with a commercial griddle / flat-top grill.

  • Previous experience as a sandwich maker, line cook, or short-order cook.

  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak breakfast/lunch rushes.

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Reliable transport and flexibility to work [mention shifts, e.g., weekends/early mornings].
