Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Print & Mail Processor to join our fast-paced corporate mailroom. In this safety-sensitive role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty digital printers and inserter machines to meet strict, time-sensitive deadlines. You will manage the full lifecycle of high-volume print jobs—from initial verification to final postage—while adhering to strict privacy and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Production Printing: Operate large, production-class digital printers to produce high-volume mailings accurately. Machine Operation: Utilize large-class inserter machines to systematically fold and insert documents into various envelopes. Quality Assurance: Verify print jobs against provided documentation to ensure 100% accuracy before processing. Mail Processing: Apply postage stamps and execute various other mailroom duties as needed throughout the day. Time Management: Track job progress and communicate task completion within strictly defined, fast-paced timeframes. Information Security: Safely and compliantly handle highly sensitive healthcare information. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience working in a high-volume print or mailroom setting is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft business software, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PDF applications. Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to employment.
