Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
The role is split into three main areas, requiring high attention to detail and adherence to USPS regulations:
- Handwork: Stapling, stuffing envelopes, and organizing packets (requires sitting all day).
- Fanning: Quality checking production mail at the end of machines and preparing trays for the USPS (requires standing all day).
- Meter: Running mail through a Postage Meter and verifying compliance before/after processing (requires standing all day).
️ Key Requirements & Physical Demands
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Language: Must be able to understand, follow instructions, and communicate clearly in English.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, handle repetitive bending/twisting, and stay on your feet (or sit) for a full 8-hour shift.
- Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume, and strictly confidential.
