Job Title: Business Process Management Consultant

Job Description:

• Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process architecture and governance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Create standards, tools, templates, and best practices for process management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend sustainable improvements.
• Support process documentation, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor process performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping, optimization, and operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with web-based applications and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Business Process Management certification.
• PMI Business Analysis certification.
• Experience with process governance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
