What you’ll do:
Prepare and bake our signature bagels
Handle daily prep for sauces, spreads, and other menu items
Work as part of a small, dedicated team focused on consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of two years baking or prep experience (bagel or bread experience a plus!)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Proven track record of working well as part of a team
Ability to work early mornings
