In search of a highly dedicated individual who has co-hosting experience with Airbnb and dealing with guests. There are 5 Airbnb listings to manage. Ensure guests have a seamless experience during their stay and handle any problems that come up with guests over the phone. Coordinate with contractors and keep up to date with scheduled maintenance for the properties.
Must speak English fluently with no accent.
Starting rate is $2-$3/hr depending on experience level with bonuses based on performance. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities include:
* Online research (ex: real estate - find & contact top roofers with various quotes for repair)
* Coordinating projects to be done at deadline
* Customer support with guests
* Manage the upkeep of the properties
